Learning and Development Trainer
This is a great opportunity for an experienced trainer to join a purposeful and results driven HR team to design and deliver training programmes for staff throughout the company ensuring training meets company aims and objectives. With experience of working closely with HR, you will quickly add value to the HR & Organisation Development team, enhancing the customer experience by proactively managing relationships with line managers, gaining their buy in, proposing and delivering timely learning interventions in a highly responsive manner and raising the profile of internally delivered training. You will deliver training and coaching in a range of competencies including soft skills development; personal effectiveness, communication, customer service, supervisor, team leader and lines manager competencies, risk management, recruitment and selection for managers and manager briefings in HR people management process.
Experience
• Solid background in training delivery within a demanding environment to enhance customer service
• Delivery of and end to end operational L&D service
• Working within a regulated environment
• Experience of designing a variety of L&D initiatives including web based learning, and embedding capability development approaches, tools techniques effectively into a complex organisation
• Change Management programmes and organisational effectiveness techniques
• Coaching
• Running Development Centres
• Proven experience of working with quality assurance frameworks
• Minimum 3 years management development experience
• Designing, delivery, evaluating and reviewing management and HR related specific training programmes
This role is for someone who has experience in delivering training in a group environment and one on one. 4 out of 5 days will be delivering training.
Excellent benefits including 26 days holidays, pension, life and medical insurance. 37 hours (flexi time). Must be able to travel to Aldershot, Portsmouth and Southamtpon.
