Account Manager No Sales Fareham

We are currently seeking a Customer Focused Account Manager for this fabulous employer int he Fareham area.
The role will be extremely varied and will involve looking after a set panel of clients and dealing with their enquiries and issues on a day to day basis.
Customer queries may originate in writing, by telephone or by email, so an adaptable approach will be required. The successful candidate will be required to build effective relationships with their customers in order to maximise existing levels of business.
In order to apply you should have proven Customer Service experience, preferably gained within a call centre or retail banking environment. You will also need first class communication skills both verbal and written, an ability to prioritise tasks, and to work under pressure.
