You will be working in a very nice County style Hotel. The successful Head Chef will be preparing dishes to a high standard, and must have previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment.

Must be organised reliable and have passionate about food. Your duties include running the kitchen and compiling stock order sheets. You will be responsible for kitchen staffing.

This position would suit a Sous Chef that is ready for the next step.

Working 40hrs a week 5 out of 7 days, you should be willing to work days, eves and weekends please email your cv if you feel this position is for you
