I have a double room to rent in my Southsea apartment, just 5 minutes from the seafront, and a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants in Albert Road. Parking in road easily available.

In an ideal world I would like someone who just needs the room Monday through to Friday, who maybe works in Portsmouth/Southsea midweek and goes home at the weekend.
Alternatively though, I would consider full weeks, but possibly on a short term contract, maybe 3 months.

I am a 37 year old female, non smoker, who works full time, so will only be home in the evenings, and weekends. I do live with my very friendly Border Collie, so you have to be a dog lover. I enjoy having a chat, and a glass of wine, so someone like minded would be great!
