It's on the city bus route, including the free uni bus route. Also within walking distance of train station. No problems with on-street parking which is unusual for Portsmouth and Southsea. Room is furnished and has a digital aerial point and broadband access. Current household are all professional. The house is very quiet so would suit professional or over-seas student.
