Our client is a leading Domiciliary Care provider with offices all across the UK. They are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to be the Care Manager for their head office/flagship branch in Hampshire which has been their since 2004 and is now a million pound business.

As the care manager, the candidate will be required to be the registered manager with CQC and a good understanding of quality care provision is essential. As the Care Manager your main responsibilities will be upholding brand values in service delivery, recruiting a team of care workers, formulating care plans and risk assessments for new customers (private and social services), organising and delivering care worker’s induction training, managing the day to day running of the office.

There are currently 4 office workers (care co-ordinators/supervisors) and currently 40 care staff although it would be part of your role to increase this.

As care manager, you will be based in Peterfields. It is a full time position of Monday to Friday and the company are offering a salary in the region of £30-40k depending on experience. Candidates wishing to apply must be NVQ level 4 / RMA qualified and a proven record of experience in the delivery of high quality care and be able to manage and direct people in a fast growing environment.

You don’t necessarily need domiciliary care experience to apply, however this would be an advantage but a professional care manager with excellent experience within the care industry is essential.
