We are looking for a Tenant (male or female) to move into our large 3 Bedroom house in Portsmouth, North End. The property is 10 minutes from the Town Centre and 2 minutes from all shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways and all main bus routes. We are a 23 year old and 20 year old couple who are fun and friendly. We are respectable and mature and both work full time long hours and would like to rent out our medium size furnished room (fits double bed) for 300 a month Inc Council Tax and most bills. We are very house proud and tidy people and would like someone with the same frame of mind. We will do a 1 month trial period as unfortunately we have been messed about with 2 previous tenants. We are happy to hold a viewing of the property if applicable. We are looking for the right Tenant to move in at the beginning of October 2009, deposit to be confirmed.
