Working for a prestigious company in central Portsmouth you will be working alongside an international media company helping customers get connected to Broadband, TV and Phone packages. This role is 100% customer service (no sales).

Shifts between 8am - 9pm - Flexibility is required. Immediate Start!

Great training and support right from the start, including the opportunity to gain NVQ in call handling/customer service.

The role will include:

• Updating customers on their orders
• Administration
• Call resolution – helping customers fix problems
• 3rd party interaction
• Complaint handling

If you have the following skills we would be very keen to see you:

• Previous Customer Service and Administration experience
(Minimum of 3 months administration/office based or Reception exerience)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to take ownership
• Good general PC skills and at least 35wpm
