This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest contract and retail catering operators in the UK, as a Catering Manager at one of their premier units in West Sussex. The company are renowned for their great internal training and career progression and have a large number of sites throughout the country.


Job Description

As a Catering Manager you will be expected to lead and develop your team to deliver excellent food and service, meeting operational standards and all financial targets of the units. You will report to the General Manager on site and be responsible for the health and safety, food ordering, stock control, staff recruitment and training. You will maintain an excellent relationship with the client and deliver great customer service.


Required Experience

You will have Management experience within a catering unit, or a quality driven staff or in-store restaurant. You will have a standard driven customer focused approach and be a confident team leader, capable of running excellent shifts and exceeding customer expectations. A strong understanding of health and safety and stock control is essential.

This position would suit an experienced Assistant Manager or Chef Manager looking for their next career move.
