Order Management Advisor

The Role;
A extremely varied role working for one of the most prestigious companies in the area. You will provide support to rejected, delayed or troubled orders and update the customers on the progress of the order. You will also take inbound calls from customers who are moving home and needing assistance to move their products. The hours are working 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and one in three weekends.
Who we are looking for;
The successful candidate will have previously worked in an office or call centre environment and be looking to use the skills acquired. You will be well organised and enjoy helping people with a good eye for detail. You will be able to work the stated hours and be available immediately.
