My clients are an established surveying practice based in West Sussex. Due to a high amount of Projects they are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team.

The role mainly encompasses undertaking stock condition surveys of commercial and education property.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification surveying experience, including working experience of under-taking stock condition surveys. The role will also include the utilisation of AutoCAD to produce drawings of surveys.

For the successful applicant my client are offering the opportunity to join an established practice who will support the applicant through their APC.

Due to the nature of the role a full UK Driving License and car insured for business purposes is essential for this role.

My clients are offering a generous package of up to £25k per year to successful applicant.
