Technical Trainer (Military Systems) - Fareham, Hampshire - 35-45k

Technical Trainer required to join a growing defence company in fareham, Hampshire. You will be joining the company at exciting times as the company are growing due to a series of new business wins. This position requires the successful candidate to train foreign military staff in a wide range of solutions from Software through to Hardware.

Skills required for the job include:

- Delivery of Training Courses (Individual & Collective)
- Training Course Design
- Training Documentation
- Training Scenario Development
- Train the Trainer / Maintenance course delivery
- Familiarity with instruction of foreign military staff

In addition to the core skills above all candidates must has strong written and verbal communication skills. This position may require some travel therefore all candidates must be happy with the occasional business trip.
