I have 2 bedrooms available in a 3 bed house which is fully double glazed with central heating. One bedroom is about 4 x 3.5 metres and the other 4 x 3. Both rooms have just been decorated and each room has a bookcase, wardrobe, single bed, 2 chests of drawers and a desk and chair . The house is fully furnished and is in very good condition with wireless broadband. There is a lounge, kitchen and bathroom with an enclosed electric shower and separate bath. Outside there is a small back garden. The kitchen was refitted 3 years ago and has a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker. The house is close to local shops and about 10 minutes walk from Fratton station and Albert Road and has free parking outside.

The rent for each room is £346 a month (£80 a week) which includes council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband. Telephone is extra and works out at about £5 each a month. The deposit is £346 and the rent is payable monthly in advance. References required. No couples or smokers.
