Job Description
As a key member of heading up this new team ,you will be a pivotal figure in creating and managing relations between the clients and the technical web designers. You will need to liaise constantly with various Internal/external business customers and third party stakeholders in the delivery of this operation for the web site.The right individual will be expected to ensure the successful operation of the website through liaison with third party suppliers and service providers and internal functions.


Required Experience
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a customer service/commercial environment .Managerial experience would need to cover the ability to be flexible, adapt to change and work under pressure .The ability to work to a plan, review the plan and make improvements .The ability to communicate with all levels of staff, and to deal professionally with colleagues, customers and business partners.Sound judgement when assessing impact of actions on others and understanding of commercial implications of actions taken.To be considered for this role you would need to be a confident leader with proven management development ability.Key experience will be to have managed relationships with 3rd parties including website development and hosting partners ,payment processors and suppliers.

Salary and Benefits
My client will be willing to pay around 35,000 with an annual company bonus .28 days holiday.
