Our client is a large insurer located in Portsmouth who are seeking confident people to join their busy renewals team.

The main purpose of the role is to deal with all aspects of renewing policies including encouraging those who want to cancel to continue to renew their policy, updating details and issuing paperwork.
A generous commission structure is involved for those you can convert customers to continue with their policy.

The ideal candidate will have confidence and ideally have experience within a sales environment however a proven track record within customer service is also beneficial.

You must be available to start on the 02nd November
