Cost Accountant
This job is to work for a well established business based in the Portsmouth - Hampshire area. It is essential for this role that the candidate has job costings experience for this role and has excellent reporting experience. This role will report to the FD of the business to act as a real support in the costings area of the business. It is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to build good working relationships with all levels of colleagues in the business. This role will entail the production of management accounts, reporting to Directors with analysis, analysis of costs, job costings, reconciliations and any adhoc tasks.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and a proven desire to improve efficiency and reduce costs to make this business as profitable as it can be. This is a demanding and challenging role that will offer great rewards for the right person.
