Domiciliary Care Manager
A Domiciliary Care Manager is required to join this national organisation at one of their flagship locations in Petersfield Hampshire.
As a Care Home Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering care plans to a range of clients throughout Petersfield, Liss and Havant, the primary client group will be the Elderly. You will also have the opportunity to provide an informative and challenging training plan for new staff as they join you at this organisation.
You will also be responsible for leading a team of 35 care workers, 2 senior care workers, 1 care co-ordinator and 1 administration assistant, therefore you should possess the ability to lead by example and provide a professional, client focused and reliable service at all times.
To be considered for this position you will be qualified to NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care in addition to the Registered Managers Award (RMA) You will also have previous knowledge of providing detailed care plans, negotiating/communications skills whilst ensuring the needs of the clients are consistently exceeded.
In return you can expect a competitive basic salary of £28,000 and £30,000 per annum + annual bonus, private healthcare, stakeholder pension + 28 days holiday allowance and most importantly the opportunity to join an organisation that consider the client the priority at all times.
