The role of IT Security engineer is a key role in the Infrastructure department. Taking responsibility for developing, maintaining and troubleshooting various IT Security Systems in a Linux, Unix, windows, CISCO environment.

Skills & Experience Required:
Linux, Unix, Windows
Oracle and/or SQL Server
Network Security
Cisco Firewalls
Juniper Firewalls
Broad and Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure - MS Windows, Networking, Windows Servers etc
Ideally expereinced with Military Systems and Technologies
A strong, relevant IT related degree is prefered but not essential

This position is to work with a defence MoD organisation so all applicants must be eligible for security clearance.

Salary: £35k to £42k plus bonus and excellent benefits
Location: Fareham, Hampshire. Commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, Petersfield. Dorset, West Sussex
