My boyfriend and I have reserved a room in a 4 bedroom house in Francis Avenue, Southsea. We need to fill the other room otherwise we might lose the house. There is a smaller bedroom on the ground floor which will be considerably cheaper due to it's size and situated between the hallway and kitchen. There is a large back garden with a decking area and shed, large modern kitchen, dining room with extra sofa, large front room (good for entertaining), bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are doubles. Couples are welcome. I would personaly prefer non smokers but would be willing to live with some if it was the case.
