Hello my wife & I have a room to rent out to somebody who is hard working honest and reliable. This will be to share the house with other people, three of which are my cousins two kids who are 7 & 10 but to be honest are really no problem. you would have the run of the house and need to chip in with the shopping and pay towards the gas and elec (£10 pweek)

currently there is a single bed in the room,chest of drawers , wardrobe and a bookshelf you can fit a double in there, it isn't massive the room but isn't a box room either.

if its a copule this will be considered and rent will be reduced as wouldn't charge £200 that would be a right rip off.
