I am a 25 year old female young professional looking for a house mate. I have recently found one flat mate who is a 24 year old male young professional, so just looking for one more now.

I'm looking for £400 per month but that does include bills.

The house is near the motorway so very easy access for anyone communting. The house is a Victorian bay terrace, with a modern interior. The house comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, sky, the internet, a large secure shed, garden, a large upstairs bathroom with seperate shower and bath, downstairs toilet, modern kitchen and conservatory.

I'm tidy and enjoy socialising with friends, going to a pub or club, watching films and playing sports. I snowboard and play hockey mostly, however I enjoy nearly all sports.

I'm looking for a young professional or mature student that is socialable, tidy and respectful.
