Due to this expanding market my client is looking for an Operations Manager
Working into the Client Delivery Manager you will manage a client specific streams in order to deliver client KPI’s and SLA’s as well company objectives.

You will have accountability for all day-to-day operations, ensuring my clients meet the required service levels and to drive process improvements to ensure my clients deliver the best possible customer experience whilst maximising gross profits. You will manage key internal relationships with all support functions

To be successful you will demonstrate a background in call centre management, consisting of a minimum of 4 years experience in the industry. This experience should specifically encompass the management and development of Team Managers, accountability for daily productivity and have a proven track record for achieving client and internal KPI’s, process improvements and added value.
