Site Manager Required – One year’s freelance contract with competitive salary.

The project is an £12M private high spec house in a rural village close to Reading, Berkshire.

You will have 2 Foreman working directly under you as well as being in control of all direct and sub-contract trades and labour.

This role will require strong man-management skills and a good working knowledge of all trades.

The company’s head office is based close to Portsmouth, Hampshire.
