The flat is a good size, the room on offer is a small double that at the moment has a single bed and a wardrobe, though you are welcome to bring your own furniture.
The rent is all inclusive except for the phone.
Its quite basic with no broadband or cable..hence the low price..though there is a phone and and Freeview.
Available ASAP for short term or up to six months.

It is also available to a professional or contractor on a weeknight only basis,ie Sunday-Thursday or Monday to Friday, for £50 pw.
I would consider a 1/2 months rental basis for a student also.

The flat is on the first floor in a small, quiet block on the Albert Rd in the heart of Southsea, with easy access to shops,nightlife, 12 mins walk to the sea, a short drive to the city centre.
