I live in a large Victorian house in the town centre of Bognor and two minutes walk to the train station with my 23 year old son. We will be getting a dog - hopefully very soon!

Bognor Regis is 7 miles from Chichester and one hour from Brighton by car or train. London is direct by train that takes 1hr and 50 minutes.

I have a very large room to rent which will be £90 per week inclusive of all bills. The room has its own microwave and kettle - however there is use of my kitchen downstairs if you need to use it. The bathroom with shower is shared by us all.

I am longing for a mature non smoking working person only please.
