Job Description
As heading up this new Customer Service team ,you will be assisting in creating and managing an efficient customer service operation . You will need to liaise with various Internal/external business customers and third party stakeholders in the delivery of this operation.The right individual will be expected to improve the high standards already in place,motivating and developing a brand new team of people .

Required Experience
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a customer service/commercial environment .Managerial experience would need to cover the ability to be flexible, adapt to change and work under pressure .The ability to work to a plan, review the plan and make improvements .The ability to communicate with all levels of staff, and to deal professionally with colleagues, customers and business partners.Sound judgement when assessing impact of actions on others and understanding of commercial implications of actions taken.To be considered for this role you would need to be a confident leader with proven management development ability.

Salary and Benefits
My client will be willing to pay around 35,000 with an annual company bonus .25 days holiday.
