Leading new academy on the South Coast is looking to appoint a Finance & Resources Director.

The successful candidate will provide the overall management in all aspects of finance, HR, IT and administration amongst other duties. The director will also ensure the Academy makes best use of its budget and gets value for money in all departments.

Key Experience (school based experience desirable):

Understanding of financial and accounting procedures.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Ability to compile and deliver reports and statistics to governing bodies, head, and team.
General understanding of all areas of non teaching staff areas.
