upstairs there are 3 good size bedrooms they are double, although in the smaller one you can't quite fit a wardrobe. off the landing there is abathroom with shower and w.c( this is due to be done up by the council too.
the house is a right to buy.
the rent is £67 per week and council tax is £97 per month.
the neighbours are quiet and friendly.
there is a little park across the road.
we are close to all amenities: bus stops, doctors, dentists, schools etc.
we are a few minutes bus ride from the city centre and train station.
the house has dg and gch.
