This double bedroom is fully furnished and part of a brand new 2 bed & 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a vast sunny south facing roof terrace. Short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Portsmouth Harbour train & bus station and about 5 minutes walk to Gunwharf Quays. I work Monday to Fridays and like to go out and have a few beers but i also like to relax in front of the TV. I like to be sociable so this room would not suit a hermit personality.
Last guy has pulled out and left me with 2 days notice to find a new flat mate.
