The role;
This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a customer service or administration role previously and is looking for a new challenge. The role is to start immediately, the hours are between 8.00-23.00 on a shift rota over the 7 days. You will be taking in bound calls from customers regarding their account, these queries could be relating to dates or products and will require a high level of service at all times.
Who we are looking for;
This role is ideal for someone who prides themselves on their customer service skills and has excellent attention to detail. You will have a minimum of six months experience of working in an office or call centre and be available immediately.
