I need a large wooden deck cleaned at my house in Fareham

The work consist of:

(1) brushing any loose leaves etc. off the deck
(2) applying cleaning solution
(3) scrubbing the deck until completely clean (this is the hard bit!)
(4) rinsing with clean water
(5) repeat until deck 100% clean all over

I estimate it will take 12-16 hours work, pay rate is £7 per hour but I would prefer to agree a fixed price for the whole job.
