Well known rural golf course requires a strong Sous Chef to help complete the kitchen team.

The club is very busy with members, societies and weddings. It has a small hotel attached with 18 bedrooms. The kitchen is small but well maintained and the team is tight and friendly. The food is of the highest standard, with everything produced on site and a specials board changed weekly.

You will be an experienced chef who knows how to cook and flavor food well. We will be able to cope under pressure and be able to produce good quality food looking consistent and well presented. You will be friendly and out going and look presentable to guest. Due to the setting if you don’t want to live in you will need to be able to drive and own a car.

In return the club will offer a competitive salary, free use of the golf course, a share of the tips and free live in accommodation may be available.
