We’re looking for a young professional/mature student to share a house with 3 other people.

The Victorian house is within a 5 minute walk into town/university/seafront/train station. The room is suitable for a tidy young professional or postgraduate student, and contains a single bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelving, and TV.

The kitchen is shared with 2 other housemates, and the 4-piece bathroom only shared with one other housemate (has bath and separate shower cubicle). Electricity, Gas, Water, Wireless Internet Connection and Council tax are included in the rent.

£400 pcm, available immediately.

o 6 months minimum contract.
