Hi, we're a noisey local band and need a secure garage sized office, lockup, garage, church hall or whatever you have to regularly rehearse in and we're willing to pay for it and even sound proof the area if it's cost effective/necessary.

We're currently renting two different rehearsal rooms on tues and thurs and lugging the kit between the two is a complete pain in the proverbials for us! Also setting up all our equipment is taking us an hour + each evening so we need somewhere we can hire and leave our stuff set up to maximise our practice time!

We're open to offers and see this as being a long term lease. (We've been rehearsing for several years!)
