I have a very lovely large 3 bedroom semi detatched home in cardiff with two double bedrroms and a single room, large hall way / large living room / good size kitchen/ small bathroom and massive back garden as well as a good size front garden and parking outside the house as well as a out house and down stairs toilet.
The area is very nice with one next door neighbour a nic family.
the area is a very freindly safe distance from the centre
the only reason im moving is that i need to be by family as i am expecting my 4 th child so need support and help or i wouldnt even consider it.
