Telemarketing Executive / Business to Business Sales

Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday NO Weekends

Salary: 15-17,000k basic dependant on experience plus commission which is £10.00 per booked appointment uncapped commission.

Positions: permanent – 13 weeks as a temporary candidate on the 14th week onto the client’s books as a permanent employee or straight permanent

Duties will involve
• Making a small volume of outbound calls to business customers – using a telephone and diary system (no diallers )- these are quality calls
• Speaking with professional decision makers and building relationships with them , this may take you repeated calls to get through and establish relationships with the right people
• Responsible for marketing the company services , show the benefits to the customer of working with your business and arrange an appointment for a field sale representative to visit them , present further details and close the business
• Responsible for calling clients back that you are unable to reach first time and building relationships with those who have not taken your offer previously.
• Supporting this with administrative duties - sending literature and confirmations
• Working to targets

Skilled Requires
• Previous experience within sales telesales or telemarketing
• Previous experience of working to targets
• A resilient person who can overcome objectives and rejection
• A professional individual who has the ability to hold a conversation with a business customer and market products.
• Individual that wants to work for a growing organisation and grow individually with it
