My home has 2 double bedrooms(the main being larger than most,) good size bathroom, airing cupboard on landing,large kitchen /diner and sitting room. The rear garden is mostly laid to lawn but with a veggie patch. There is rear access to the garden and just 2 minutes walk to the local shops providing co-op with post office, hairdresser, chemist, bakery, florist and chinese/chippy.
Garden to the front again mostly laid to lawn but with enough room to turn into a hardstanding for a car subject to permission from landlord. On street parking.
I have had family living with me for the past 2 years who moved out at the end of September so a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss. Easy access to M27 & M3 Good local facilities i.e Fleming Park and Itchen Valley Country Park.
I am only interested in a house, bungalow or GFF with garden for own use and preferably allows pets
