spacious ideally situated f f maisonette, with south facing balcony, private sunbathing area, has room for bistro table and chairs with flower pot etc. lovely quiet area, reluctant to leave only due to health issues, am on list to be moved, this way i have some say where i go. would prefer to stay in samshaw area, open to other areas too within portsmouth. lovely quiet area close to parks etc. walking distance to north end shops etc. one huge bedroom with builtin wardrobes and cupboards and one dble sized bedrm with builtin wardrobe. bathroom upstairs. recently totally refurbished oak apple colourd kitchen units with black granite effect tops, ample storage, lovely large window all rooms light and airy. good sized sitting room with large window and door to private balcony. non estate. off road allocated parking with maisonette.
looking in portsmouth close to network of friends, must be grnd floor if maisonette or flat, idealy house, all areas considered in pmth prefer stamshaw.
