We have all seen office spaces to let with a tiny desk and a filing cabinet in soulless, cramped conditions, and serviced offices. The office I have to let is a very different prospect.

There is one phone line into the office so that if you need to give clients a landline number, it is available. Business Rates, service charges, room rental, gas, electricity and water (each up to a set limit. If there is extremely heavy usage of any of these, then you will be asked to share the extra with your 2 co-renters). You also get a parking space in a parking lot which you can lock in the evenings behind padlocked gates.
If you want the extreme freedom to come and go as you please, when you please, to work in a bright office sharing with a maximum of 2 others, then this is the place for you.
You will also need to pay one month's rent as a deposit, and also pay a £150 deposit for the cutting of the security key that will gain you access to the shared foyer.
The office is on the first floor, making it very secure. It is in a thriving office / light industrial area, is well situated for transport connections, is a 20 minute drive from Portsmouth, 30 minutes from Southampton and 25 minutes from Chichester.
