We are recruiting an experienced asst mgr or supervisor for our Italian restaurant within gunwharf quays
Must have restaurant experience

This position is initially for maternity cover but there is a strong possibility it will become a permanent vacancy as it will run into our busy summer period

If you would like to work for a smaller company and you are keen to move up in your career in restaurants we are the company for you as

Must have excellent customer service skills
Be self motivated and able to motivate your team
Be a good team member as well as a manager

Responsible for:
# Managing costs
# Staff training
# help market the restaurant and promote sales
# health, safety and hygiene high standards
