Pastry Chef / West Sussex / Luxury Hotel/Restaurant / Multi Rosette / Salary to £20,000 / Accommodation Available

Pastry Chef required for a luxury Restaurant with rooms in West Sussex. This is a multi rosette establishment serving the finest quality seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on seafood. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pastry work to a multi rosette standard. We are looking for candidates with a passion about fine modern British Pastry work. The role would suit an enthusiastic team player who is looking to learn and further develop his/her skills under a respected Head Chef. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential; ideally you will have a solid fine dining background at Chef de Partie Pastry level or above. Salary is c£20,000 and accommodation is available if required.
