My client is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven background of operating within a high quality food led environment.


Job Description

As Assistant Manager you will work closely with the General Manager, with a high level of autonomy to run the business in your own style. You will drive the business forward by focusing on team training and development, quality and consistency of service delivery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Required Experience

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you should be able to demonstrate strength in the following areas;

Excellent front of house personality
Floor Management
Marketing Experience
Commercial Awareness Maximising Revenue
Staff Training
Cost controls
Superb interpersonal skills
Keen eye for detail


Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is up to 22,000 plus an uncapped performance related bonus structure.
