hi, i have a large house to rent (4 bedrooms) with separate lounge, kitchen, bathroom and very nice garden. newly decorated. located in southsea off albert road. the house is available immediately until end of june as i will then rent it to students. but if you decide you want to extend the contract than i can arrange something.

monthly rent will be £950 not including any bills. after 1st july rent will increase to £1100 (as this is how much i normally get from students). But i am more than happy to negotiate a price that is acceptable.
