Payroll/Administrative Assistant needed
We are looking for a Payroll/Administrative Assistant in our Portsmouth Office.
We are a busy, friendly office looking for someone to take on this role as soon as possible. Our company is expanding quickly and we are keen to welcome a new staff member to help us.
Main responsibilites to include:
Working alongside other payroll staff to process the weekly payroll.
Liasing with various contractors to ensure their documents are processed correctly.
Processing expenses for our clients.
Answering website & phone queries as they arise.
Dealing with registrations & entering these details onto our payroll systems.
If you can speak one of the following languages this would be a bonus:
- Polish
- Russian
- Bulgarian
- Estonian
Full training will be given.
Salary to be discussed at interview.
Permanent role, 5 days a week.
Based in central Portsmouth.
