i have a large 3 bedroom 3 storey house in a close of only 3 house,its a lovely close with great neighbours. i have a nice fitted kitchen,downstairs and upstairs toilets,upstairs bathroom with shower,3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes,my own side entrance to the back garden.it is pha. i am looking for a 3bedroom house in paulsgrove area,decor not important to me and would also like a pcc property,i would like a prefab house. i do have a lady who would like my house and she lives in blakemere crescent and she is pcc (but not prefab,wot i want) so if u want wot she has and i like wot u have then we could do a 3 way swap,but if u just like wot i have then thats cool to.thanks.
