A large group hotel with excellent local reputation, is recruiting for an operations manager to join their strong team to manage the overall operation of this corporate leisure hotel.
Operations Manager Job Description
Joining a small group of 4 star hotels, this fantastic 85+ bedroom, modern hotel with popular restaurant and substantial conference and banqueting department is keen to take on a hands on operations manager, whose passion for, and commitment to the industry is obvious.
A hands on role focusing on the food and beverage department but with overview of all departments - each of which has a head of department in place.
Quality customer service and attention to detail is key.
Operations manager Required Experience
This role is suited to a current operations manager or deputy general manager of a smaller four star hotel looking for career progression through property size increase, or an experienced food and beverage manager currently in a larger hotel keen to developing their first operations manager role. Background within rosetted property preferred but not required.
Able to manage both the conference and banqueting department or the restaurant as business needs require.
Excellent people management skills, with the ability to coach or mentor the team.
Excellent spoken and written English, and strong financial acumen.
Salary and Benefits
Salary in the region of 28000 to 30000.
