Teacher Cover Supervisor - Portsmouth
Day to Day Teacher's would like to hear from anyone with a passion for education and teaching. Ideally you will will have a confident, proactive and flexible approach to classroom assisting.

The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing work programmes with students both in and out of the classroom; including the supervision of whole classes during the short term absence of teachers.
The role includes:
• Covering classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Supervising students completing work set by their regular teacher.
• Managing behavior of students both in and out of the classroom.
• Collecting completed work and reporting back as appropriate.
• Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students.
• Providing consistent support to all students whilst recognizing and responding to individual needs.
• Record keeping as agreed with teachers.

An Enhanced CRB Disclosure check is essential for this role and will be carried out immediately on registration.
