The good:

Height adjustable driver seat.
Adjustable steering wheel/column.
Air conditioning.
Heated rear windscreen.
Great condition interior.
96k on the clock, average milage.
Just had a full MOT done yesterday, new tyres fitted as well as exhaust and other work totalling £550, papers and history of work done.
Very tidy interior.

The bad:
Slight dent in rear bumber, purely cosmetic, on the plastic part of bumper so no chance of rust.
Remote central locking doesn't work, new battery needed in key fob.
I'll be taking the current cd player out to put in my new car so it wont have a stereo.
