Chef de Partie required for Luxury Restaurant with rooms in West Sussex. This is a multi rosette establishment serving the finest quality seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on seafood. The ideal candidate will be an excellent all rounder who is passionate about fresh food and creative cuisine. The role would suit an enthusiastic team player who is looking to learn and further develop their skills under a respected Head Chef. Good communication skills plus the ability to work under pressure are essential; ideally you will have a solid fine dining background at multi rosette standard, Chef de Partie level or above. Salary in the region of £20,000 and accommodation available if required.
