Operations Manager
Operations Manager required for an expanding electromechanical manufacturing company in the South.
As Operations Manager you will be working for a well know manufacturer who are part of a large corporation. Your key responsibilities will be to drive improvements forward, and to ensure best practices are implemented. Working within an ISO 9001 environment you will also be maintaining compliance with this certification and developing the performance of the business.
Candidates for the position of Operations Manager should ideally have a production / manufacturing background with previous experience of man management and process implementation. You should have experience of electronics, electromechanical or mechanical engineering. Essential to this role is the ability to manage a team of about 14 people whose expertise include quality, manufacturing and logistics.
As Operations Manager you should ideally have a degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline or similar with proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar.
This role will involve occasional international and UK travel.
